MAR Y SOL
Keeping Traditional Techniques Alive
Hailing from Madagascar, Mar Y Sol is the brainchild of Laurel Brandstetter who visited the island in 2003 and met with dozens of local artisans who wanted to take their traditional craft to the global marketplace.
Each bag or clutch uses sustainable raffia straw and organic/natural dyeing techniques. Mar Y Sol enables local families to gain economic independence, preserves traditional craft and promotes environmental conservation.

THE ROPES
Nautically-Inspired Materials
The Ropes were created by Maine-native Shana Ready, a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, and mother of two. She hand makes each piece from elements of the working waterfront: authentic marine ropes, dock line, and hardware inspired by the natural beauty, communities, and traditions of the Maine coastline.
Her work has been featured in Glamour, Seventeen, The Zoe Report, Victoria's Secret, J. Crew, and more!

KAYU
A Global Initiative
A studio in San Francisco, a showroom in New York, and artisans around the world in the US, the Phillipines, Malaysia, and Indonesia, make Kayu truly cosmopolitan. Kayu celebrates indigenous crafts and artisan livelihood by employing all-women collectives around the world, including new immigrants in the San Francisco area for all their monogrammed work. One bag takes many days of work, and each bears the mark of the individual artist.
Kayu uses buntai, a sustainable palm, and each straw is hand-stripped and dyed making it wholly biodegradable.
LOREN HOPE
American-made Jewelry
Loren Hope began as a hobby for military wife and artist Loren Barham, who fell in love with jewelry at an early age whilst exploring her grandmother's thrift store. Every collection of Loren Hope has it's roots in vintage styles and attention to detail.
Paying homage to Providence's rich history as the "jewelry capital of the world," each piece is made entirely in Rhode Island.

ANGELA ROI
Two words: Vegan. Leather.
Angela Roi are masters of craftsmanship, based in New York with four factories in South Korea where skilled artisans hand build each of their handbags using only EPUL (Exquisite Polyurethane Leather), durable thread, and high-end fabrics. A typical bag takes nearly a year to make from conception to launch. This yields a luxe, quality bag that is unmatched in the industry in both style and ethics: Angela Roi are committed to fair-wage practices and excellent work environments for both designers and artisans.
